Conner's 3rd Birthday Bash

 

We had a blast at Conner's party. Sidney napped during the whole thing which made it less stressfull. I made ice cream cone cupcakes (which are very easy to eat and make less mess). They were a hit with the kids. Kate said it was the best ice cream she ever had. The kids jumped on the trampoline, played with Conner's new sand and water table, had a bubble machine and best of all, threw water baloons. I really think he enjoyed it! I can't believe that my baby boy is 3!!!!

We have had such fun lately playing with the Fish. We went over to help earlier this week due to Angie's injured foot. It was a whirlwind but great!!! I thought this was too cute of the kids (minus Sidney).

Mother's Day Gift/Anniversary

Eight years ago today, I was getting married in the rain. Five years ago today, I was at the Dr's office finding out that we were expecting our 1st child. Today, I spent time with my wonderful husband and latest offspring. We shopped and ate at Taco Bell (i know, gourmet, but it was actually delicious!!). Today was also Conner's last day of school and Linlee's is Thursday. What are we going to do all summer?????

For Mother's Day, I asked for a handprint plate from Paint-a-piece. We went and painted it today. I didn't realize how tough it is to get a good handprint from a 3 month old. At that age though, they like to keep those hand in a fist. We finally got a decent one on the 2nd try.

Weekend Fun

We had a great time doing yard work all day Saturday. During the morning, Ben got to talk to our backyard neighbor and aquired a free trampoline in the process!! The kids absolutely LOVE it!! They have done little else since we set it up. Yay Dad!!!

 

 

We finally made it to church for the first time as a family of 5!!!! Doesn't she look cute??? I was not a fan of the bow head look in the past, but it has grown on me through the past few years. Thanks alecia and sharon!
